New products have never been energized and come in their original boxes. We guarantee the product to have never been in service. One-year warranty is included with all the "New" products we offer.
Used
The product has previously been in use. Each used product undergoes the necessary steps to pass quality control inspection. This includes refurbishing, detail cleaning and testing each product to ensure it is re-qualified for service. Used products may have minor flaws such as scratches and/or fading on the label. One-year warranty is included with all the "Tested/Used" products we offer.
Surplus
The product is classified as New Surplus when it has passed our quality checks and is believed to be un-energized. Because we buy our New Surplus items outside of the traditional purchasing channels, we are able to set our prices below the factory authorized distributors. Our New Surplus products are not tampered with, relabeled or reconfigured in any way. New Surplus items carry a full 1 year, No-Hassle warranty.
